no period in 4 months but on pill?

i started the pill in may and shortly after that i started having sex. i haven’t had my period since starting the pill. i’m not showing and i do not have access to a pregnancy test but is there a possibility i could be pregnant? i have used protection with the exception of like 3 times.

Women don't get their period while on the pill. They have withdrawal bleeding during the placebo week (some women don't bleed at all) or, if they take a continuous regimen of combination birth control pills, they don't get regular withdrawal bleeds but are more likely to experience sporadic spotting or breakthrough bleeding.

If you have access to the pill why don't you have access to a pregnancy test?
