Is it abnormal for a 23 year old to have an existential crisis?

I feel like I’m too young for this...

    Not at all. I'm 22 and also having this experience at the moment. I think it's just apart of being hyper aware of yourself and your surroundings. So look at it in a positive perspective..

    I had it at 20, and now I found myself back. You will be fine, just give it some time.

    There is no bottom limit to crisis.

    if you are experiencing something severe than that might put your perception of your own existence into question and with no good answers crisis might insue.
