Survey: Knowledgeable cooks and chefs. Which sauce do you think adds more umami to a dish, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce?

I'm re-doing my Texas Chile recipe. I already know which way I'm leaning towards but I want to know what you think.

    Worcestershire, you get both the tamarind and anchovy to give the chilli a kick.

    PERSONALLY I'D CHOOSE WORCSESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE JUST MAKES IT SALTY.

    I'd add 1-2 tbsp fish sauce.

      I've heard that too. Something like Thai fish sauce made from anchovies.
