When a President orders private companies to do things, isn’t that called Socialism? And don’t Republicans think Socialism is bad?

No it's not. The government already tells companies to do all sorts of things, they have for years.

It's called "Trump doesn't know what the $#@! he's talking about, as usual."

Make no mistake, if any Democrat president "hereby ordered" private US companies where to invest, officially or otherwise, Republicans would have clawed their skin off in rage by now.

You need to work on your understanding of socialism.

    1. No, that’s not what socialism is.

    2. Trump has signed no executive order. An opinion about what companies must do in reaction to political realities is not the same thing as issuing an executive order. Learn the difference.

"I hereby order" is not an opinion. Learn the difference.

It's worse than that; Trump thinks he's a king.

And he's just tweeting out his wishes to his subjects.

Trump resembles a third world dictator more than anything else and he is losing it; his view of reality is clearly getting blurry.

    Time to invoke the 25th:

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Trump's "orders" in this case carry no weight.
