I'm thinking of planting an Amazon rainforest in my neighbours garden. Do I need planning permission?

It's not just an ornamental garden. I'm asking several endangered tribes to come and stay. And I've asked some poachers to get me some wildlife on the brink of extinction, just to brighten up the place, make it look authentic.

I would also recommend getting some endangered poisonous snakes, People don't like them, but poisonous snakes have a right to live too.

If you're in a republican state you're out of luck. Republicans try to kill all trees.
