What does it mean to go in on someone? “I went in on them”?

    It means, simply, you have entered their area or private environs.

    some sort of intrusive interaction. could be somewhat sexual in nature or it could refer to a physical assault, or some other thing depending on the context. go in has the idea of full immersion, to enter completely somehow.

    it sounds like someone made a purchase or started a business, and then you you "went in with them' and like made it a joint venture. either that or its the act of sexually penetrating them.
