Why isn't amazon not letting me log in when I know I am using the correct password?

The password I used I know is correct because my password is saved in my ipad and it logs in with touch id. I've already reset it once and the new password I've created is the one I'm using. The first time I reset my password it worked on 5 other devices. But for some reason once I try to log in on my computer it says it's incorrect . Please help me log in!!

    Try going through the option to reset the password.

    You must not be using the correct password.

    Try it again on another device, then come back to the computer and hit the caps lock.

      Two devices, you're not remembering the same password Amazon remembers. Reset it again, this time with a password Amazon is more likely to get right. ;)
