How to pronounce the name "Kathy" ?

Have seen it in a lot of places, how do you

say that ?

Is it like Katy ?

    No. Katy is pronounced like 'CAKE - ee' except that the 'k' is 't'.

    Kathy is pronounced like 'KATH - ee', and the 'Kath' part is like 'math' or the first syllable of 'Catholic'. .

    Th sounds like people who cannot say ‘s’ sound properly. They lisp. People with a lisp would say- thomthing like thith.

    Pretend you have a lisp and the ‘a’ sound is like ha. Kha-thy.

    It's like "bath" with a k and a y. You need the "th" sound in there. (like Thursday) .

    No, it has the /th/ sound in it in English, not just the /t/ sound alone. /KA-thee/, the /A/ being like in 'hat'.
