The universe doesn't have a point to make. The question is, what is YOUR point of life?

Mine is to enjoy the one I have.

*This* universe will end in heat death... but, the one our descendants will create will last longer. (Reminder to my great great great great grand son (or daughter): Don't schedule a 'heat death' next time.)

Live in the now. It's also been suggested that it will eventually be possible to make new "baby" universes which bud off this one and have lower entropy.

The heat death is billions of years in the future. We should focus on climate change on this planet now.
