    While he's not exactly a monarch, Rasputin had strange healing abilities' to the point he had the royal family wrapped around his family inspite of all his scandalous activity, for fear that reprimandation may result in the loss of their son's only savior.

    The Hapsburgs had the royal kiss - others more squeamish had the Royal Touch which was supposed to cure Scrofula (aka The King's Evil). The disease could go into remission spontaneously so the 'results' were often convinving.

    Im only aware of the one, the royal touch. Basically, it was believed that monarchs could heal a person just by laying their hands on the afflicted, specifically that they could heal "the kings disease", a skin condition called scrofula
