If you’re not “socially liked” at work, but am a good worker do you worry?

    No, it is pointless to worry about what other people think of you, why should you care about them? Just do your job, at the end of the shift say goodnight and go home.

    You worry. I have seen good workers get kicked out because other people found ways to get rid of them.

    The ones who succeed are the ones who smile and say the right thing so everyone likes them.

    It is unfortunate but true.
