What vitamin E level do people typically become neurologically symptomatic at?

I was found to have a low vitamin e level and im having a hard time finding consistant info on it, I wasn't really low (4 with the low end of the lab range being 5.5) and many case reports im coming across patients are much lower. Doctor thought that could maybe be causing some neuropathy symptoms. Wondering if anyone had any insight

I think a lot of people could use Vitamin E. Maybe he should send you to a nutritionist for a whole approach to your nutrition.
