How much liquid chicken stock when substituting stock cube?
if a recipe says that i need to add 1 chicken stock cube into 600 ml of water, and i want to replace it with a liquid stock, how much if it should i add?

1 cube seasons 1 cup(8 fluid ounces) of water.
If you are doing a direct replacement, use 600 ml of liquid stock.

Why would the amount of liquid change ? 600 = 600 all the time.

One bouillon cube usually makes 1 cup of liquid.
600ml is about 2 cups, so to make a full bouillon, you would normally only use 255ml of water for each cube. Therefore, it appears, the recipe wants you to use half-strength bouillon.
So use 300ml of stock plus 300ml of water. That will make 600ml of half-strength bouillon.

Well if you need 600ml of liquid, I would think that you'd use that amount of liquid stock, Unless the stock is concentrated; If it is, I'd add 400ml of stock with 200ml of water too.
