If I let the Youtube video be viewed, but the video does not have enough views for the monetization, does Youtube remove the video for that?

I just want to make sure.

No, your vids stay put no matter what, providing it doesn't break copyright rules or various other new and interesting rules YouTube put in places to screw small content creators.

And to be monetised you need to have 1000 subs + 4000hrs of watchtime per year before you can be considered to be monetised. After that (if you make it to that point), you get monetised on any views after that if/when approved as long as you don't break copyright rules or post anything considered "harmful" or likely to give advertisers palpitations.

YouTube does not delete videos just because they are unmonetizable. The vast majority of videos on YouTube will never earn any money for anybody.
