Does consuming soy milk decrease my dhetestosterone so i don't go bald?
- Kitty82Lv 76 months agoFavorite Answer
No. Many people think soy milk has a feminising effect because it contains phytoeostrogens. Those people are wrong because phytoestrogen is not the same as oestrogen produced in humans and does not have the same effect on humans. If it did it would make a great cheap substitute for HRT which is in shortage. Soy does hot reduce testosterone or dihydrotestorone.

Soy milk is shitty for anyone. Maybe try unsweetened almond milk.
Soy often contains the hormone estrogen and that's the female sex hormone.

I cant tell you about that but worrying about it wont help at all.

I highly doubt it.

That is highly unlikely

You would still go bald, especially if baldness runs in your family.

Doubt it. Going bald is a combo of genes and how much testosterone you produce. So those old bald grand pa’s are chasing the grand ma’s around the kitchen table when you leave the room. Sure have all the sex you want - but you might go bald.Source(s): If its an issue for you - just shave it all off
