Am I considered an alumnus if I only went to that school to take some noncredit courses (summer immersion) for a month?

NO. You have to graduate, from a college, to earn the term Alumni.

No, an alumnus is a male student who has graduated and received a certificate, diploma, or degree. (Alumna is female, alum is gender-neutral, alumni is plural). You would just be considered a former student.

You were not a full, or even part time student, and did not receive a degree so no.
