Is semi raw steamed vegetables got more nutrients than steamed ones?

    It depends on the vegetable.

    Carrots, yams and potatoes are more nutritious cooked.

    But green vegetables and peppers have more vitamins and enzymes if eaten raw or lightly cooked..

    From what I've heard, yup, definitely, you wanna keep the heat as low as possible.

    It's hard for some people because of the crunch when eating the main course meal.

      I didn't cook it long enough in my low heat process soup so it made me feel a bit unwell, weird headache etc.
