Hi there. I'm off to the UK in February next year (First time leaving Australia) and I'm just wondering if I need any vaccinations done?

No, I don't think you'll need any vaccinations to come here. Here's the Australian government's travel advice on visiting the UK:

No; no additional vaccinations are required to visit the UK

Check the UK government website. And note that such matters change from time to time (possibly especially after Brexit!), so check again a month before you travel. Don't forget to bring a sweater if you are visiting the UK in winter!
