There is no best time beyond what feels like the best time for you. Everyone is different. When you decide to meditate, that's exactly the best time.

Anytime but during the 3:00 hour is especially meaningful to Jesus. The rosary is an excellent form of meditation. Jesus died at 3:00 pm.

The best time is when it is quiet and you know that you will not be interrupted or over-heard. You need to be relaxed, comfortable, not too hot - not too cold, then you can meditate on God's Word and in the quiet, hear His small still voice speaking in your spirit.

The time of day you have set aside for the correct spiritual matters that take into consideration what is good for all and not just for selfish purposes...

Psalm 1:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
