What could cause weight gain ?

I gained like 10-15 lbs in like 4 months O.O I dont eat great I do admit but now I started dieting and working out on my eliptical and eating healthy n stuff n my scale keeps going up !!!!! What could possibly be wrong :( ?

    Stop eating sugars and grains. All of them. Sugars includes fruit and fruit juices and any drink sweetened with sugar. Grains include oatmeal, pasta, rice, bread, baked goods and many boxed and bagged processed foods.

    • Hello I usually would agree but if I dont have sugar I go hypo glycemic or whatever like shakes nausea,dizziness almost pass out
