Can you get a job with the FBI if you're not from America?

    Yes, if you have a unique skill that is needed by the FBI. That would include such things as being able to speak and write in the Farsi language.

    The FBI hires all sorts of people. I don't believe there are any requirements to be from America to become a Special Agent (which is probably what you mean here), but you'd probably have a hard time passing all of the background checks.

    Its really hard to become a special agent, takes all sorts of special skills and experience.

    Some of the smartest people I know have been rejected...including one guy who retired at 30 because he has enough money for the rest of his life...he applied before retiring...worked in finance.

    There are tons of jobs in law enforcement and defense though, depending on your skill set...you can apply to any of them.

    If not an American though, don't ever expect high levels of clearance.

    There are many rules you have to pass and many background checks, and thats for lower level jobs.

    Must be US citizen. FBI might from time to time hire local citizens for their offices abroad, but don't count on it.
