can the title loan agency reposses my car for my payment being one week late?

    No! But you should of told them why you were late. Repo happens after several payments are made very late or not at all.

    title loan agency are the worse place to get money. you never ever finish paying them off. their are other places to get money for a car.

    Probably they will not, but they could if they wanted to, or demand the loan be paid off. Read the contract you signed.

    They would rather have the money and a late fee. They "could"...but they don't want it. Too much paperwork. Too many fees to pay a repo guy.

    Depends on the terms of your loan. The agency probably doesn't want to reposess your car; the agency probably just wants the loan repaid (with penalties).

    They could. It is late. Just like the police can give you a speeding ticket for being one mile over the limit. But, if you pay it now or within another week, they probably won’t.
