Pineapple juice hides the taste of rum. Actually most fruit juices will hide it somewhat but pineapple works the best (in my experiments).

There is a whole genre of 'tropical' drinks made with rum and pineapple juice, starting with the original and classic, the Zombie. For decades now men have taken dates to 'Tiki Bars' to get them exploitably snockered on what tastes like totally innocent fruit juice.

(Okay, I looked it up. The Internet says a zombie is made with orange juice. I dunno. All the ones I've tasted were made with pineapple juice. I think that would be better. Now I want to make one of each and see!)
