What do you call professionals who like to advice on subjects which are not their own field of profession? What do you call the syndrome?
I mean social science professionals.

Narcissism---This is the term for people who think themselves to be very important.
But I can't think of a term for this particular thing.

There is no syndrome--it's called expressing an opinion. Everyone has one, regardless of whether they have any information at all about the subject. I would submit that social science "professionals" typically have an opinion on everything stemming from a leftist political point-of-view. Pay no attention to them, they suffer from a tendency to express thought through an emotional lens.

Anyone can give advice on any subject - and they frequently do.
It's not a 'syndrome' or any condition.
Just because someone has a certain profession, that doesn't necessarily mean that their advice on a different subject is wrong.
The person asking for, or just getting that advice doesn't have to listen to or take that advice.
