Shipping PC across country in car — heat?
Shipping all my stuff inside my car. Should I be worried about the heat? It’s from central south US to so cal.

Vehicle internal temperatures can soar in direct sunlight, certainly more than enough to damage many materials. Temperatures over 170°F (77°C) have been observed.
Leave all windows down about one inch, and cover all glass with heat reflective "sun shields".
Barkley Hound makes a valid point — remove all Li-Po batteries. If you have devices with non-removable batteries, keep them out of the car.

Not unless you place it on the dash, is direct sunlight, while in AZ on a 120 degree day.

No worries - internal temperatures of laptops usually exceed 60 degrees anyway - your car temperature is unlikely to exceed that

Remove the battery and make sure it is in a cool place.
