Sprechgesang is a blend of speaking and singing, almost conversational in some instances. Sprechstimme is literally speaking voice. Recitative is from another genre - it means singing within the notation of melody and rhythm, but in an expository style, with sine freedom, before you being the structured aria. So in these terms, you have Schoenberg - and Handel.
