    Gurus. There are some on youtube you can watch and learn from. I learned a lot about the human mind from Buddhist and Hindu gurus.

    Are you kidding - Every religion has a patriarch or matriarch or enlightened one

    whether by god or nature as a natural prophet though Buddhism isn't a religion.

    Osiris brought the best he had to humanity as a teacher of agriculture and

    ranching to enlighten humans and make them aware .

    Moses brought the law because the Israelites became savages at Mt Sinai .

    Nearly all of the prechristian religions were about reaching enlightenment and perfection through meditation/yoga and spiritual practice/spiritual alchemy.

    That’s what the Horus story is about- dying at age 33 and being reborn as a god.

    This is symbolic for the kundalini rising up the spine and making one enlightened. I won’t go into too much detail right now you can google it.
