Why does Yahoo rig political questions so they appear in other categories? This happens if you like Trump.?

It's because if you like Trump God hates you for being a terrible person and moves your questions.

It's no 'rig'. The site is run by server computers, and there is an algorithm that determines what subcategory a question lands in, when you click "Submit". Keywords in your question determine where it goes. Ever notice some users preface their question with "Politics" or "Polls" or "Religion"? That's to help ensure their question lands in the subcategory they desire, so they don't have to move it there BUT, since all users can move their own questions, it's easy enough to click "Edit", "Edit category" if your question lands in the wrong place when you Submit it.

After its initial landing on the site, question moving is 100% up to the OP (original poster) and any Level 7 user who chooses to relocate a question, for any reason (be it to move it to a more appropriate subcategory, or to abusively move it to an inappropriate subcategory to harass/abuse the site or OP or to increase chances it may be reported and removed).

This question is about YAHOO so it should be moved to the right section.. How about posting it where it should be in the Yahoo Question section...

Yahoo doesn't do that, individual users do.

Are you really dumb enough not to realize that it's not Yahoo doing this? The questions are being moved by Level 7 members.

Level 7 trolls moving questions for sh*ts and giggles.

Yahoo is unfair and anyone can see it.

Hey, Yahoo, this is why THE GREATEST CANDIDATE EVER lost to a non politician.

It depends on the algorithm they have set up if it has political buzz words it will go under politics.

If it doesn't it will end up elsewhere.

When you post a question you have the option to put your question in a category of your choosing.

Won't stop other users from moving your question. But if it does get moved you can move it back.

There's a lot of movers around here

Yahoo isn't doing it, people at level 7 can move questions using an edit button.
