Can i ride an electric scooter on the sidewalk to work?

    no you shouldn't...they should be licensed..

    NO - they are ILLEGAL to ride/drive on the pavement AND road.

    Depends upon the type of scooter. The new ones, that look like kid's skateboards, are legal in many cities, including Washington, DC

      It is not a scooter but a electric skateboard. there is a deference.

    Legally, Hell NO.

    Riding a motorized kick scooter on public roads, parks, sidewalks, etc. -- depends on where you are.

    Is this scooter like a motorbike, (road) or is it the 3 or 4 wheeled aid for the handicapped (street and into work) .?

    no. scooters are required to drive in the street and obey all traffic laws.
