Were there dreadlock-sporting negroes in 1920's Birmingham?
The TV show Peaky Blinders seem to think so.

No idea, but blacks were a rarity in 1920s Britain and we need to return to those days to end the crime epidemic sweeping across the British Isles.

There were no 'dreadlock-sporting negroes' anywhere in the 1920's - as the religion still had not been born. And Benjamin Zephaniah, who plays 'Jeremiah Jesus' in the said programme would know this.

Of course not, but you know Lenny Henry complains about racism if there are not quotas filled regardless of how ridiculous it is.
