How am I related to someone? (FAMILY TREE)?

So lets say Bob is uncle to Rob. Bob has a kid named Brian. Rob has a kid named Ryan. Brian has a child named Ted. And Ryan has a child named Joe. Ted and Joe are related how?

    2nd cousins, Once removed

Ted and Joe share a common ancestor (Bob's father and Rob's grandfather)

As they are a generation apart they are once removed.
