Did Manchester United spend too much for Aaron Wan Bissaka?

Fifty million pounds feels like they got ripped off.

It's a lot of money. It would be good money if Wan Bissaka goes on to perform well. MU paid over 50 mil for Martial. 80 mil for Pogba. Gave a huge contract to Sanchez, didn't work out.

On current evidence - no. The market is inflated, but Bissaka is a young, hungry talent who will improve United's defence.

If they had cashed in a few hundred more of Saint Alki Fungus-son's EMPTIES, - they MIGHT have bought someone DECENT

Yes, he's had one good season and is suddenly worth 50m, crazy. That's more than City paid for Sterling, which in retrospect was a very good deal.

Lot of money for a defender but OGS needs success and this is the way he is going to get it

Yes but unfortunately for the English teams that's the market they are in because of the wealth in the English game

Not as much as they did for Maguire

Yes, but's that's the kind of market it is these days, clubs with money are forced to overpay for every player they buy, most players are not actually worth what they are sold for these days.

Yeah I think so. But I feel like most clubs spend WAYYYY too much nowadays.
