How do I make pork belly's taste good?

    Serve it in sticky buns

    So amazing like that

    Add some slaw and aioli or avocado ranch or chipotle sauce

    Put in pan with rack. Belly should be salt & peppered. You may wish to remove the rind. Leave about a 1/8th inch of fat on it. Then remove the top layer of fat down to the flesh. For lean. Take 2 to 4 bamboo skewers & replace rind on top with them. Bake over dried coconut hulls for 1 hour. Lid down. Raise lid check tempriture. Add more coconut hulls bake in hot grill 425f for 30 minutes or rind is crunchy brown on top. Save top layer of fat to later make lard from.

    I marinade belly pork slices in teriyaki / sauce then cook in the oven on a tray until its sweet/sticky & tender. I serve it with stir fried soy & mushroom noodles.

    Cure with salt and sugar, then smoke.

    Now you have bacon.

    That's what I'll be doing this weekend.
