How to be less lightheaded during lifting.?

Our coach for football makes us do 30 reps on power squat. Is there anyway I can be less lightheaded after the reps.

Water and a banana should do it.

My best advice for you is to go for a short run and drink some water before doing lifting weights. Doing this will greatly reduce your chances of getting lightheaded after the reps.

    Try breathing normally.

You can be less light headed by being more heavy headed.

Don't hold your breath during the reps. Breathe in win you go down and exhale when you go up.
