What volume of 0.891 M ammonium phosphate, (NH4)3PO4 solution is needed for 3.64 moles of ammonium ions?

    Supposing complete ionization:

    (NH4)3PO4 → 3 NH4{+} + PO4{3-}

    (3.64 mol NH4{+}) x (1 mol (NH4)3PO4 / 3 mol NH4{+}) /

    (0.891 mol (NH4)3PO4/L) = 1.36 L (NH4)3PO4
