    It depends on local laws and where you plan to sell it.

    In most cases, food that is sold must be produced in a commercial kitchen that is inspected by the health department. You might see if there's a co-op kitchen in your area. It's a lot of small businesses that use a commercial kitchen for a fee to make their products once or twice a week.
