    Searchin' So Long by Chicago

I started singing this song at 17. I'd gotten my first job (LOVED it) at a college (!), and thought my life is changing.

Ever since, every time I sing this song, I realize i'm in a new phase of my life. Right now? Empty nester, but moved in with Mom to care for her; meanwhile, husband became I'll, so now i'm caring for both of them. I'm deeply aware that within the next few years it will be only me.

I'm just gonna list songs that I consider are good because I've heard heavy songs that are terrible:

The Thing That Should Not Be

    Dyers Eve

    Fight Fire With Fire

    Sad But True

    Reigning Blood

When I need heavy, Strapping Young Lad is one of my go-to bands. This one is a good showcase for Gene Hoglan's of the best drummers in metal.
