I have a bottle of martini &rossi asti spumante 14 years old is it good to drink?

That stuff wasn't good to drink when it was new. It'll be awful now.

How could anyone here possibly know? Send me it, I'll open it and let you know!

Study the bottle. Use a strong light to see the contents. Is there any sediment settled to the bottom? Wisps floating like clouds or smoke? Throw it out.
Uncork it. Smell it. If there's a smell of vinegar or of mold, throw it out.
I'm with Mark (hiya, Mark!) on its original quality, and it's unlikely to have improved with age. I would probably discard it without checking whether it's still good. Asti spumantes are not a kind of wine people age to improve it.

It won't poison you, so try it, but it might be more like vinegar now. (Martini and Rossi is not the best brand of wine, sort of like Paul Masson.)
