Why are the libertarian organisations etc not supporting Folau in his right to express his views privately?
The Left is notably absent in it's defence here of free speech. You don't need to agree with Folau , just support free speech.

Because it does not suit their agendas which are extreme left and in some cases debauched

I never heard of him/her, and don know what (s)he said.
Freedom to express an opinion is a good thing, freedom to spread propagandalies is not.

The problem is that the alt-right groups created this situation that we have now. They identified people who they considered to be opponents of Trump and trawled through years of their social media posts to get them fired. They were able to get people like James Gunn and Kevin Hart fired for things they said over a decade ago.
This set a dangerous precedent though because when people on the right like Roseanne and Folau made ill-judged remarks there was no choice but to be consistent and fire them. The right have double standards on free speech, they want to be able to say whatever they want but also be able to silence people with opposing views. The far-right have made their bed so now they have to sleep in it.

As usual, the left are completely full of it. "Nobody is denying Folau the right to say whatever he likes, but actions have consequences". Translated, if he does say whatever he likes or anyone else for that matter you'll have your career destroyed. While they cheer this lynch mob mentality on what they don't realise is that some of their views are pretty offensive to some and thus they'll be the next targets.

Nobody is denying Folau the right to say whatever he likes, but actions have consequences. In this case his actions broke his employment contract and he was fired. This isn't a free speech issue, it's an employment issue.
