Pasta. I was a devout Pastafarian before I fell from his noodly grace.

    Things labeled "Organic".

Meats that are injected with God only knows what.

    Animals that are fed hormones.

It is a crap shoot. Our government does not oversee what is sold at grocery stores closely enough.

Hell, how can we trust a government that allows cigarettes to be sold??

Anything that markets itself as "good for you" if it taste bad and you're forced to eat it, then it makes you unhappy. Being unhappy is not good for you. Also low fat means high salt, that's not good for you. And what about yesterday's headlines " Coffee contributes to sleeping disorders which can shorten your life" and today's headlines "Coffee helps you lose weight and maintaining a healthy weight can incessant your longevity" Therefore, I just eat what I can afford. That seems to be good enough for me.
