Can 2 people occupy a studio apartment? Can the landlord terminate the lease if it s stated that only 1 person can live there?

Free advise, that will never work because it's too small for 2 people. Those 2 people will end up enemies.

If the lease is with one person, and another moves in, this would generally violate the lease (which is with the specific person only)

Two people can occupy any sized apartment unless the lease or the law says otherwise. Sorry, but you have to get rid of your roommate.

You said "the lease if it stated that only 1 person can live there" so that pretty much tell us that you know 2 people can not occupy the apartment

Sure 2 people can live there but it'll be real tight. The landlord could terminate the lease for this but might just let it go if nobody complains.

Of course. Violating the lease can cause you to be evicted from the premises.

They are in violation of the lease, so sure they can be kicked out.

Yes the landlord can evict you for breaking your lease.

If the tenant is in violation of the lease, the landlord gives them notice to cure the violation or leave. If the tenant refuses, the landlord can sue to evict the tenant.

Two people can share if it's not stipulated in the lease that it's for one. But yes, the lease can be terminated if you break that stipulation.
