Since you. can only bring a certain liquid bottle size on a plane, can you just pour it into several mini bottles and be able to take it?

You can buy travel size products that are mostly within the 100ml/3.4 fl oz volume limit, and I have seen small dispenser bottles too, you'd need to be confident they were not larger than the volume limit, and could be marked so the contents can be identified.
Of course, there is no size limit to checked luggage, so you don't need to decant if taking that.

The size restriction is if you are bringing it in the main cabin. If you have a checked luggage, there is no size restriction. just remember the 3-1-1 rule. 3.4 oz or less in 1 quart size ziplock.

Yes, as long as those bottles are 3.4oz (100ml) or smaller and all fit into the single quart-sized baggie you are allowed in your carry-on bag. Each traveler can only have one baggie of liquid/gel items. You can pack any size or number in a checked bag.

As long as they fit into ONE 1 quart zip lock bag. If you're thinking of taking on alcohol, you can probably do it but understand that once you appear inebriated, the flight attendants can refuse to serve you any drinks, and you can be banned from flying on that airline ever again.

Yes, you can. They don't care what's in the mini bottles in your one-quart ziptop bag in your carry-on luggage. Assuming, of course, that you're not bringing something dangerous onto the plane. If it's 10 mini bottles of all the same kind of shampoo or hand cream, that's fine.

Only 3 oz bottles are ok.

As long as it fits into a closed 1 liter bag. You can always put liquids in a checked bag in larger bottles

Sorry, three bottle limit.

You could, but you'd still have to fit all your other liquid necessities into that tiny quart sized bag. Depending on the length of your trip you'd only really need a small amount. They have the regulations for a reason. I usually just have my baggage checked because it's easier than re-bottling everything.
