    Two. A person is born either a MALE or a FEMALE - there is NOTHING else.

    That depends on the language (grammatical gender), or on how many society acknowledges. If eunuchs, lesbians and male gays are counted separately, you already have 5

    There are two SEXES, but not everybody neatly fits in just one. Sometimes things go "wrong" genetically (turners, klinefelters) or foetal developement-wise

      Wtf either you have a penis or you have a vagina that's it some people are born with 11 fingers but we dont teach humans have 11 fingers generally....... your argument is crazy if someone truly thinks hes a duck we dont surgically attach a beak!!!!
