Because businesses need employees in order to grow, right? If everyone makes their own business, then everyone will be stuck as only a small business they are running on their own and that's it; there won't be anyone to hire.
So if you want it to grow, then there needs to be people who don't start their own business and are open to being employed by you... And if you aren't good to them and leave them "complaining about the system," then you really suck and are ungrateful to their being there to help you earn that achievement. (Just because they get paid doesn't mean employees should be the only ones showing gratitude.)
Also... creating a successful business that isn't a waste of time also takes the talents, etc to do that kind of thing and not everyone has that in them. New businesses fail more often than not, and usually at a loss. You seem to think it's just so easy for anyone to do.
