I’m 5’1 and weigh 116 pounds how much weight will I lose in a month if I lose around 500 calories?
I don’t have an eating disorder I’m just wondering.
I’m not going to do this.

A 500 calorie a day deficit (eating 500 calories less than normal) should let you lose 2 to 3 pounds of fat in a month. You will initially lose an additional pound or two of water and glycogen from muscles, but this will return when you resume normal eating.
