Don't put vinegar in your eyes.

Over the counter readers magnify things. They meet some visual needs. They may not be what you need.

You can't do a proper eye exam online.

You need an eye exam to determine what you need.

The devices that professionals use are called loupes. Some also use things like stand magnifiers.

No, you cannot put any sort of vinegar in your eyes.

I can't answer the other questions because they are incoherent and make no sense.

If you have concerns regarding your eye or eye glasses, make an appointment with an eye doctor.
