A company will usually give a verbal warning or issue a sanction (written warning) and if it continues and there are no changes to the employee's behavior then yes it is possible for the employee to be fired

Most jobs are at will, so you can be fired for any reason at all.

While most employment is "at will", meaning either party can terminate for no reason, if an employee has not done something grossly negligent or outright offensive, then the employer has to make an attempt to guide (train/seminar/etc) the employee for any breeches. Otherwise, the employee can claim a failure on the employer's part to correct the behavior and possibly sue for wrongful termination.

Yes. Etiquette matters, and any sort of verbal abuse, disrespect towards customers, general rudeness, etc, can be grounds for termination.

Of course. Why would an employer be obligated to keep an boorish employee who has no manners or who makes others uncomfortable?

Unless the employee is covered by an employment contract, they can be fired for ZERO reason (just like they can quit for ZERO reason).
