What’s in my freshwater crab tank ?

So I was in the middle of feeding my crab when I noticed some move menta in the water... can anyone tell me what these little things are that I’ve circled. They keep swing around. I don’t think it’s okay for these to be in my tank )))):

Stop overfeeding the tank and the crab should eat them, whatever they are. Mosquito larvae, some other bug larvae..

It is hard to see in the picture. I'm not even sure those things are alive
