No, here in europe we don't pretend that humans come in races

Not for me. Both are Caucasian.

Depends on your (or whoever cares) definition of "interracial". According to mine, nope. They're both (most likely, since you weren't talking about Japan) human.

No, of course not under most circumstances. The exception would be if one happened to be a different race than that of the ethnic people of that country. Both are caucasian countries.

Depends on who in Sweden is marrying who in Spain.

Sweden has hundreds of thousands of Muslim from Somalia, Eritrea today.

Sweden and Swede meant the same thing until few decades ago. But that is no longer the case. The country is demographically raped.

    What races are they?

If a black Spaniard married a white Swede, or vice-versa, that would be an interracial marriage. However, most Spaniards and Swedes are white people.

Spain and Sweden are nations, countries, not races. They are both home to people of different ethnicities.

Spaniards and Swedes are also ethnic groups with distinct cultures. Sorry but it's true.

Even if it was a Middle Eastern person marrying a white person it officially wouldn't be considered ''Interracial Marriage'' in the US.

Yes. Spaniards (the same people who killed off the majority of Native Americans and stole most of their land) are non white.
