My isp provided me with a modem, it has not router accces page and I need to port forward some ports...Can I forward without router?

It's the router that does the address translation and where the mapping would be needed.
An actual modem-only unit can only connect to one device - computer or router - and has no address translation so no port forwarding is needed.
If you can connect more that one thing, it has a router included.

Yes, it's a modem.
